COSTS OF DIVORCE

The price for our services depends on your and your partners personal situation. We will analyse your personal situation during the free intake conversation at our law firm office using the online divorce application form which you fill in after you have made an appointment for the intake conversation. During the free intake conversation, we will specify the costs for our services. You will know on forehand how much money the divorce procedure will cost.

In addition to the costs which will need to be paid for our services, there will need to be paid a court fee. You will need to pay this fee for the handling of your divorce case by the court and a judge. The court fee is determined by the Ministry of Justice. The height of the court fee is adapted each year and depends on the way in which the application for divorce is submitted to the court. The court fee that applies to your personal situation will also be specified during the free intake conversations.
